Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience; or prior military experience; or technical certification/degree required.
• GED or High School diploma required.
• Basic English language skills and ability to read, follow, and interpret planning and work order instructions.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Advanced technical knowledge of controls and interfaces.
• Ability to navigate intranet to locate process documents; advanced computer skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and advanced prints and dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Work safely under functional safety guidelines (PPE, equipment interaction).
• Interpret work orders and follow instructions accurately.
• Collaborate in a team environment and assist others as needed.
• Perform all levels of equipment repair across the facility.
• Coordinate with production to prioritize repairs.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of systems and equipment.
• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and program microprocessor-based instruments.
• Dismantle and inspect production equipment as required.
• Interface with vendors and contractors for repairs and facilities work.
• Provide leadership and training to Level 1–3 maintenance technicians.
