Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure production goals are achieved regarding volume, cost, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Facilitate troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Maintain equipment and personnel safety and overall department housekeeping.
• Develop collaborative teams and foster positive leadership.
