Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience, with at least 1 year in a lead role.
• Proficient with CNC programming and machine tool operation.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status; visa sponsorship not available.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate team of CNC operators (Milling and Turning).
• Conduct pre-shift briefings, assign work, and monitor workflow.
• Resolve staffing, scheduling, and performance issues.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
• Oversee tool changes and machine setup.
• Enforce quality control procedures.
• Maintain safety, environmental, and company policy compliance.
• Communicate status updates and issues to site leadership.
