Job summary

Hi-Tek Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator for the 1st shift in Mason, OH. The role involves operating CNC lathe machinery, reading blueprints, and ensuring parts meet exact specs with precision measuring tools.

The ideal candidate has a CNC machining certificate, at least 5 years turning experience, and familiarity with G & M codes. This is a full-time, on-site position with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNC Machining certificate from a trade school.
• Must be a U.S. person under ITAR per 22 C.F.R. §120.62.
• Lathe/shaft turning experience, minimum 5 years.
• Aerospace/manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC horizontal or VTL lathe machines.
• Interpret drawings and travelers to meet specs.
• Verify conformance with precision tools and measurement devices.
• Maintain documentation in control charts and ERP systems; support NADCAP/AS9100.
• Follow safety policies including proper PPE.
