Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate team of CNC operators (Milling and Turning).
• Conduct pre-shift briefings, assign work, and monitor workflow.
• Resolve staffing, scheduling, and performance issues.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
• Oversee tool changes and machine setups.
• Enforce quality control procedures and safety policies.
• Communicate status updates and issues to site leadership.
