Job summary

AriensCo is currently hiring a Production Trainer in our Assembly department on 1st shift at our Brillion, WI location. You will play a key part in training and supporting team members within the department, ensuring safety and quality standards.

In this role you will train new and existing employees using Training Within Industry (TWI) methods, monitor trainee progress, and help coordinate training schedules with Team Leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Capable of performing multiple assembly stations/processes adhering to standard work.
• Strong Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to core values and review with new employees.
• Train new and existing employees using TWI Job Instruction.
• Evaluate trainee performance and enter data electronically.
• Monitor metrics and assist Trainers in coordinating training schedules.
• Work as part of a team producing outdoor power equipment.
• Perform Assembly II production functions and troubleshoot issues.
