Job summary

Alliance Laundry System LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Ripon, WI. You will lead a high‑volume production team, uphold a safety‑first culture, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate day-to-day activities from 3:00pm to 1:00am, Monday through Thursday, with occasional overtime on Fridays. This role requires a focus on safety, training, and lean manufacturing principles to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in a medium/high-volume manufacturing environment with safety focus.
• Experience supervising manufacturing teams preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives to foster a safety-first culture.
• Coach and mentor team members on safety and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives to reduce waste.
• Ensure proper training of employees in safety, quality, equipment operation and 5S.
• Interface with Union Stewards on contract and discipline issues.
• Establish annual goals aligned to operating metrics.
• Support scheduling and daily production requirements.
