Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred with manufacturing experience.
• Experience applying Lean tools (6S, Kaizen) and knowledge of OSHA, DEQ, EPA regs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily cell operations to meet production and delivery goals.
• Coordinate work groups, schedule tasks, manage takt time and lead times.
• Train staff on equipment, processes, safety rules, and standards.
• Mentor teams, handle performance reviews, and assist in budgeting.
• Drive lean initiatives with Lean Business Systems to improve output.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain clean, organized department.
• Work with Supply Chain to maintain materials and process purchase requisitions.
• Prepare daily performance reports for management.
