Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Fairfield, Ohio facility to lead 2nd shift operations and ensure attainment of production schedules within cost and quality targets.

You will train and develop teams, drive continuous process improvements, and manage people, performance, and time-keeping while promoting a strong safety culture. This role reports to the Plant Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with manufacturing processes and systems
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Project management skills are preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet production schedules while maintaining cost, quality, and lead time targets.
• Organize and address training needs to develop team skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Take ownership of people management: goal setting, development, recognition, and time-keeping.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure a compliant work environment.
• Drive group performance toward defined goals and outcomes.
