Job summary

Klein Tools is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor (Packaging) to lead the packaging team in Mansfield, TX. You will ensure continuous production, organize work, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will schedule daily workloads, train staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with maintenance to troubleshoot equipment. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Operations and Logistics or related field with one year of relevant work experience required.
Experience working in a distribution or manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience AS400 and Shop Floor System, Boss and Warehouse Management System preferred.
Must be able to operate a Class II Order Picker and Class II Stand-Up Forklift, Pallet Jack, Label Printing System, RF Sealer, and Staple Gun.

Responsibilities

Prepare and adjust department work schedules daily based on production plan and inventory needs.
Review and send Packer III daily schedule to build job folders and print labels.
Maintain work instructions and determine workflow for packaging operations.
Provide on-the-job training and mentor team members for a safe, productive environment.
Enter production data into the Shop Floor System and report daily performance.
Make employment recommendations and monitor performance through evaluations.
