Job summary

RR Donnelley in Monroe, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead the fulfillment department, oversee kitting, pick-pack, and cross-functional coordination with customer service, scheduling, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Broad technical knowledge in commercial print or fulfillment.
• Proven ability to manage people and direct work activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Knowledge of Windows applications and MS Office; familiarity with printing software.
• Bias for process improvement and ability to multi-task.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and 3+ years in multi-shift manufacturing management.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees in kitting/fulfillment and pick-pack departments.
• Directs activities across shifts, departments, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintains high morale and efficiency through leadership and best practices.
• Ensures ISO/SOP compliance, process knowledge, and safety standards.
• Plans and schedules workflow; coordinates with customer service, scheduling, and other sites.
• Tracks department budgets and labor costs; provides reporting to management.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and drives changes.
• Promotes a positive work environment and training programs.
• Ensures timely shipment of products and cross-department collaboration.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
