Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years hands-on maintenance experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair three-phase electrical systems (up to 480V) and mechanical drives.
• Experience reading schematics and technical manuals for industrial printing machinery.
• Strong safety attitude with adherence to OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain forms and labels production machinery.
• Develop and implement a Preventative Maintenance program with maintenance team.
• Enter work orders, labor hours, and parts usage into CMMS accurately.
• Collaborate with operators and supervisors to improve machine reliability and reduce downtime.
