Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/operations environment.
• Proficient use of MS Office and related software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Ability to interact with internal/external customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and audit work processes and products to ensure production specs.
• Maintain positive relationships and direct employees to the appropriate manager.
• Ensure safety and quality standards; report problems.
• Inspect products and shipments for conformance to specifications.
• Review and approve machine setups, production samples, shipments.
• Identify opportunities for continual improvement.
• Coordinate training for new employees and guests to ensure safety, quality.
• Manage shift schedules and attendance entries.
