Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks a Kitting Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (3pm–1am) on-site in Ripon, WI. You will supervise a unionized team of material handlers and kitting staff, coordinate daily shop floor activities, and ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines.

You will partner with production, warehousing, and buyers, uphold union agreements, and generate performance reports to drive improvements in delivery times and inventory management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; leadership management certification is advantageous.
• 2–3 years of production or warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in a unionized environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and safety skills; capable in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Shop floor coordination across kitting, inventory, and production flows.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse to minimize disruptions.
• Oversee loading/unloading and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Resolve transportation or supply chain issues proactively.
• Evaluate and improve kitting processes to boost efficiency.
