Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Three or more years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban).
• Ability to communicate across functions and manage projects.
• Familiarity with 2D/3D modeling and Excel / Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and manufacturing processes for new product introductions.
• Oversee capital planning, budgeting, and VA/VE initiatives.
• Ensure equipment meets OSHA safety regulations.
• Lead APQP, PFMEA, and Lean tool integration during projects.
• Maintain manufacturing standards, process maps, and cycle times.
• Mentor teams and drive cross-functional reviews.
