Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems, including investigations and corrective action planning.
• Create cost-effective and safe manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to improve operations.
• Design manufacturing flow lines, layouts, and controls to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Uphold manufacturing standards including process maps, setup times, and quality controls.
• Generate work instructions and standardized work to ensure product quality.
