Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall team performance focusing on safety, quality, cost, time and output.
• Supervise materials usage to ensure a smooth production flow.
• Support plant programs by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering and Continuous Improvement.
• Regularly communicate goals and plant-wide initiatives with the leadership team and staff.
• Engage in training, development and positive employee relations.
