Thomson Reuters in Eagan, Minnesota is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Core Print Solutions team on 2nd shift. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production machinery, read blueprints, and support across operators, engineers, and managers.

This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, 2nd shift differential, and comprehensive benefits. A 2-year technical college or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong electronics and mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical college or equivalent experience.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments preferred.
• Computer literacy required.
• Familiarity with electrical/mechanical diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose machinery malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Communicate repair status to operators and supervisors.
• Reconcile work assignments at shift end.
• Perform lubrication and preventive maintenance inspections.
• Maintain and repair motors, gearboxes, servos, sensors, and drives.
• Read blueprints to plan repairs and modifications.
• Operate machine shop and material handling equipment.
