Job summary

Thomson Reuters in Eagan, Minnesota seeks an Electrician on 2nd shift to maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems in our printing plant. Responsibilities include diagnosing PLCs/I/O, calibrating equipment, and collaborating with engineers and technicians on installations and CI projects.

A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days, with 2nd shift ($4.00) and 3rd shift ($5.00) differentials and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industrial experience.
• Experience with industrial electrical controls and PLCs.
• Licenses such as Journeyman are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, test, or adjust electrical components of equipment.
• Support maintenance techs in mechanical systems calibration.
• Collaborate on installation and layout revisions for new equipment and CI projects.
• Diagnose network I/O, PLCs, and related hardware/software interfaces.
• Develop and verify electrical documentation for equipment and wiring diagrams.
• Follow safety rules and attend safety/training programs.
• Complete required continuing education for electrical license.
