Qualifications

• Requires 3 years in mechanical/electrical maintenance or as a tradesman.
• College background in related field preferred.
• Must be able to read equipment manuals and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and building systems.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Operate hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
• Troubleshoot and report faults to supervision; support project-related activities.
