Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is seeking an industrial maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on production equipment and facility systems. You will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic components to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation.

Applicants should have 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and familiarity with safety standards (Lockout/Tag out, forklift, crane, spill response).

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance.
• Required safety trainings: Lockout/Tag out, forklift safety, crane safety, spill response.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure safe operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Follow ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 guidelines and document work accurately.
• Lead and train other personnel to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Assist with production issues and provide effective maintenance solutions.
