Job summary

You will perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with mentors and peers to ensure uptime and quality. This role emphasizes safety and hands-on repair excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HiSet; two years of basic trades experience preferred.
• Associates degree in basic trades is a plus; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willingness to work second shift and learn Vermeer processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment including hoists, paint systems, machining centers, and weld systems.
• Create a positive experience working with mentors, peers, and internal customers.
• Record maintenance procedures accurately using Thrive CMMS.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical equipment with guidance as needed.
