Job summary

Monogram Food Solutions, LLC. seeks a Maintenance Technician I (2nd Shift) in Harlan, IA to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across production, warehouse, refrigeration, and wastewater areas. Requires 2+ years in industrial maintenance and PLC/electrical/mechanical experience.

Ability to read blueprints and work orders; shift includes evenings and weekends. USDA/FDA/OSHA/EPA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years of electrical/PLC troubleshooting experience.
• At least 2 years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Industrial maintenance certification from an accredited institution preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repairs on facility equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in machinery across manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, electrical schematics, and work orders accurately.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues to minimize equipment and facility downtime.
• Contribute to the improvement of production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements including USDA, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and company policies.
• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
