Job summary

Qualifications

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on CNC machines, including lubrication, cleaning, alignment checks, and component inspections.
• Replace consumable parts before failure to prevent downtime.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions on CNC machinery.
• Calibrate and align machine axes and test machines after repairs.
• Maintain logs of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts replaced.
• Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance during planned downtime.
