Cornerstone Building Brands in Mount Pleasant, Iowa, seeks a skilled Maintenance Associate for 2nd shift to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment.

You will diagnose issues, perform electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs, operate forklifts, and coordinate parts inventory. The role requires a strong maintenance background and commitment to safety and quality in a large manufacturing environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or recognized equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years related maintenance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Performs scheduled and emergency maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
• Diagnose root causes and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical components and PLCs.
• Operate and maintain motorized equipment and perform related grounds/facilities repairs.
• Identify needed parts, order replacements, and track inventory with MRO/purchasing.
• Attend weekly meetings and participate in safety programs.
