Job summary

Sedona Staffing Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a food manufacturing facility on the 2nd shift. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot a range of equipment, and help keep lines running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include documenting repairs, supporting safety compliance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime. Previous food manufacturing experience is preferred, with a focus on reliability and quality.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
Experience in food manufacturing or similar industrial setting.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with GMP, safety standards, and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Monitor machinery for wear and take corrective actions.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and document repairs.
Ensure compliance with food safety, OSHA, GMP standards.
Support audits, inspections, equipment calibration, safety.
Maintain spare parts and tool inventory; order materials.
Identify and implement process improvements via root cause analysis.
Complete maintenance logs and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to schedule work.
