Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Chandler, AZ. You will perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including PLCs, electrical controls, and automation systems.

Evaluate improvements to increase efficiency and reliability, and document issues with clear reports. You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control problems, coordinate with vendors for parts, and support safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Strong background in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance on plant equipment.
• Experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and repair (Allen‑Bradley/Siemens).
• Proficiency with HMI programming and controls troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and revise procedures as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems; document issues.
• Communicate repair needs clearly to plant leadership; coordinate with vendors for parts.
