Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Prepared Foods division.

You will oversee all aspects of plant maintenance, lead maintenance technicians, and work with the Maintenance Manager to enforce policies and procedures while maintaining a safe, clean environment. You will promote a proactive maintenance culture, direct preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with SQF and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and technical skills to lead, direct, evaluate, and train maintenance technicians.
• Promote a safety-first culture and develop an effective preventive maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance technicians, building a well-trained, motivated team.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager in developing and implementing maintenance policies and procedures.
• Manage preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment to minimize downtime.
• Assess issues quickly to minimize production stoppages.
• Ensure maintenance staff follow SQF policies, GMP practices, and quality standards.
