Job summary

Lactalis American Group in Casa Grande, AZ, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a world-class team on a 2nd shift (12-hour rotating schedule). The role requires strong electrical troubleshooting, leadership, and a proven track record in manufacturing maintenance.

You will work with the Maintenance Manager to develop and execute preventive maintenance, manage budgets, supervise technicians, coordinate with production, and drive safety and QA improvements across the plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years as Electrical Technician in food manufacturing.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Technical Diploma in Manufacturing Electrical Field preferred.
• Military maintenance/technical training encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff and oversee daily operations.
• Manage electrical troubleshooting and repairs on production equipment.
• Plan shutdowns and coordinate with vendors.
• Monitor safety programs and QA improvements.
• Schedule on-call rotations for maintenance staff.
