Lactalis USA in Casa Grande, AZ is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a 12-hour night shift (2-2-3 rotation) with weekend off on alternate weekends. The role covers installation, troubleshooting, and repair of processing and packaging equipment across plant facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications is a plus.
• Previous experience in a dairy processing or food manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Willing to work a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 rotation.
• Perform and follow OSHA guidelines regarding work and safety manuals.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment as scheduled.
• Daily oiling, greasing & inspection of production and production support equipment.
• Service and rebuild pumps and valves.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, panel controls, and mechanical problems in manufacturing equipment.
• Routinely dismantle, repair, and reassemble complex equipment to maintain efficiency.
• Complete routine PM work orders and log readings accurately.
• Keep technical skills current through training and education and deliver training to others.
