Lactalis US Yogurt, Inc. in Casa Grande, Arizona is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing processing and packaging equipment.

The role requires electrical, controls, and mechanical skills with minimal supervision to ensure reliable plant operation. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications is a plus.
• Experience in a dairy processing or food manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Willing to work a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 rotation.
• Perform and follow all OSHA guidelines regarding work and safety manuals.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment as scheduled.
• Daily oiling, greasing & inspection of production and production support equipment.
• Service and rebuild pumps and valves.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, panel controls, and mechanical problems in manufacturing equipment.
• Perform routine inspections of operating equipment and initiate preventative maintenance programs to ensure reliability and safety.
• Troubleshoot control circuitry including PLC hardware.
• Demonstrate ability to work with high voltage equipment and read electrical prints.
• Routinely dismantle, repair, and reassemble complex equipment to maintain optimum efficiency.
• Complete routine PM work orders and log all readings accurately.
