Lactalis American Group in Casa Grande, AZ, is hiring a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair dairy processing and packaging equipment, working a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, preferably in dairy processing.
• Ability to read basic electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Work a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 rotation.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, panel controls, and mechanical problems.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Maintain accurate PM documentation and readings.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and maintain safe, professional conduct.
