Job summary

gpac is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift (4pm-1am) at our Toledo, OH facility. The role oversees maintenance staff, assigns work orders, and ensures compliance with safety and procedures to minimize downtime.

Qualified candidates will have Electrician/Mechanic background with hydraulics/pneumatics, PLC knowledge, and a proven supervisory track record. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician or Mechanic with hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge.
• Strong PLC logic and systems knowledge; problem solving and leadership skills.
• Supervisory experience required; able to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Assign work orders to maintenance staff and manage day-to-day plant maintenance.
• Oversee outside contractors and ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain records, charts and preventive maintenance logs.
• Drive continuous improvement and staff development.
• Support building expansion projects and environmental standards.
• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment issues.
