The role focuses on coaching technicians, planning preventive maintenance, and coordinating with production and engineers to minimize downtime and ensure equipment uptime. A technical degree or equivalent experience is required with several years in leadership.

Qualifikationen

• The role requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and support maintenance technicians across shift.
• Oversee on-time completion of preventive maintenance for machines and facilities.
• Plan, schedule, and assign preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Maintain equipment uptime and reduce production downtime.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and outside contractors.
• Develop department personnel's skills and capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S and operating standards.
