Jobot is seeking a Permanent Maintenance Lead to oversee the 2nd shift in our manufacturing environment. You will lead technicians, perform repairs, troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic systems, and ensure safety and reliability across equipment.

Strong leadership and hands-on mechanical/electrical skills are essential for driving uptime and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes guiding a team, prioritizing work, and collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Operations to maintain

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a maintenance role, with leadership experience.
• Experience with repair work, pneumatics, schematics and electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities; ability to guide a team.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 2nd shift maintenance team with guidance and direction.
• Oversee and perform maintenance/repair on electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot equipment.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Coordinate with other departments to align with company goals.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Provide training and mentorship to maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
