• Associate degree in a related field and five to seven years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs and repairs to support essential operations.
• Maintain department performance for efficient use of resources and materials.
• Lead and mentor maintenance team members to ensure safety and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage staff, attendance, and training documentation.
