Farmer Focus is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate maintenance operations across plant locations, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. The role oversees a maintenance team, assigns work, and drives continuous improvement in maintenance processes.

You will manage preventive maintenance, oversee refrigeration and wastewater operations, and support the PSM program while mentoring staff and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising maintenance operations in manufacturing or production settings.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of safety requirements, GMPs, HACCP, and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, train, and motivate maintenance team members.
• Ability to communicate performance standards and address concerns effectively.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs, equipment repair, and facilities repair to support essential operations.
• Maintain department performance for efficient use of human resources, equipment, and materials.
• Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in materials, processes, lean manufacturing, and total quality management.
• Ensure routine equipment checks are performed on PLCs and essential equipment.
• Coordinate equipment and labor to optimize projects and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure proper maintenance of refrigeration equipment through staff.
• Support the PSM program and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and develop maintenance team members to improve performance.
• Communicate standards and recognize team achievements.
• Manage staffing and attendance for the team and document activities.
