Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in an industrial services environment in Edison, NJ. This hands-on role guides technicians, drives equipment reliability, and maximizes uptime in a fast-paced plant.

You will supervise, train, and develop maintenance staff, manage work orders and CMMS records, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Ability to work 2nd shift 12pm–10pm.
• Experience with 480 volts or higher.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily maintenance operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
• Drive equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage work orders, spare parts inventory, and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with Operations to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
