Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution environments.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift up to 50-75 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a cold production environment (37°F).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, conveyors, and packing machinery
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems and facility equipment
• Complete general building maintenance and repairs
• Assist with dock equipment, doors, and material handling equipment
• Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records
• Support efforts to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
