Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Prepared Foods Division. You will oversee all maintenance activities, lead technicians, and partner with the Maintenance Manager to implement policy while keeping a clean and safe plant environment.

The role emphasizes supervising, training, and ensuring adherence to GMP, HACCP, PSM, and safety programs, with weekend work as required. This position is based in the United States within the Kansas City area.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years as a Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Lead.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance technicians and all maintenance activities.
• Lead and train staff on PM program and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, PSM and safety programs.
