Qualifications

• Plant Maintenance Generalist: 3 Months mechanical experience or enrolled or completed an automotive/mechanical degree or training.
• Internal candidates will be considered first; external candidates with prior industrial maintenance and electrical knowledge are preferred and will be considered next.

Responsibilities

• Train to perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment and rebuild equipment as directed by supervisor.
• Learn and use the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to document work and track tasks.
• Perform repairs and machine adjustments during production, communicate with appropriate personnel, and adapt to shift or department rotations while following safety regulations.
