gpac is working with a client in Western Ohio seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor for their food manufacturing facility. This growing company, a meat processing facility in business for nearly 75 years, has steadily expanded. They operate 2 production shifts plus sanitation on the 3rd shift, with just under 250 employees and a low turnover rate.

The ideal candidate will be quick on their feet, possess strong leadership skills, and be responsible and proactive. Requirements include at least 2 years of maintenance leadership experience and 5-7 years in maintenance within food production or manufacturing. Knowledge of ovens, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs is a plus. Bilingual in English/Spanish is also a plus. Relocation assistance is available.
