Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Supervisor

This is a full-time, exempt position.

Position Summary:

Coordinate all manufacturing activities to meet company manufacturing, customer service, financial, and safety objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide managerial, technical, and training leadership for all manufacturing units.
• Ensure all shift activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines (USDA, Kosher, etc.).
• Promote safety, sanitation, and organization daily.
• Understand operations and flow of processes and equipment, including the AS400 system.
• Prioritize and schedule shift activities to meet production schedules and optimize customer service and productivity.
• Follow up daily on orders scheduled for shipment.
• Schedule and ensure training for Operators as needed.
• Monitor adherence to personnel policies and procedures; correct deviations; conduct performance reviews.
• Support inventory record accuracy initiatives.
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions for quality and yield issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and HACCP procedures.
• Foster continuous improvement and teamwork initiatives.
• Communicate concerns to Department Leaders or Operations Director.
• Lead emergency or security situations as needed.
• Address safety and security concerns throughout the facility.
• Perform other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in flavor or food manufacturing preferred.
• Supervisory or related technical experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and performance as a production operator.
• Self-motivated with a desire for continuous improvement.
• Computer literacy.

ADM requires successful completion of a background check. The pay range is $58,100 - $108,000, depending on factors such as experience and location.
