Job summary

Eaton’s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) division seeks a Maintenance and Production Supervisor on 2nd shift in Edwardsville, IL, with relocation from Troy, IL planned by 2027. The role oversees safe, compliant production and maintenance, driving reliability and on-time delivery.

Salary range is $71,000–$105,000 per year, reflecting skills and experience. Relocation to the Cable Tray Center of Excellence is supported, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, safety, and continuous

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology, or related field; or High School Diploma with 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices and leading safe equipment troubleshooting and recovery.
• Able to work 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) and support rotating weekends/off-shift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to production and maintenance personnel for safe, compliant operations and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate priorities with maintenance to minimize downtime and sustain customer commitments.
• Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance with maintenance technicians and engineering.
• Lead continuous improvement using standard work, 5S, and root-cause analysis; ensure proper documentation and PM requirements.
