Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Sector - ARS division is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Lincoln, IL manufacturing facility. This onsite role supports Residential & Wiring Devices products with a 3pm–12am schedule, Monday–Friday, with relocation assistance available for US residents.

The role oversees repair and maintenance of plant equipment, leads a team, coordinates contractors, and drives safety, uptime, and productivity through planning and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of technical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• One (1) year of experience as a lead, supervisor, or manager of people.
• One (1) year of experience using a maintenance management system.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and repair activities for plant equipment and machinery, including CMMS.
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports tracking productivity and OEE.
• Coordinate external vendors and contractors for repairs and projects.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including labor, parts, and services.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and inventory control of spare parts.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of maintenance staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and stay updated on maintenance techniques.
