Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 3+ years leadership in manufacturing with HS diploma
• Ability to work 3rd shift (11pm–7am) and support rotating weekends
• Sponsorship and relocation not provided; candidates within 50 miles of Troy/Edwardsville preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to production team; manage safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost
• Collaborate with functional leaders to optimize the product line and drive continuous improvement
• Develop manufacturing priorities per schedule and monitor inventory/effort to meet customer deadlines
