Eaton’s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) division is seeking a Maintenance and Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift to join the Edwardsville, IL site as part of the new Cable Tray Center of Excellence. The role will support the transition from Troy with full relocation anticipated by 2027.

The position leads production and maintenance teams, ensuring safe operations, environmental compliance, product quality, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology, or related field and minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, skilled-trades, or industrial operations environment OR High School diploma and minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, skilled-trades, or industrial operations environment
• Working knowledge of industrial safety practices and the ability to lead safe equipment troubleshooting and recovery
• Ability to work the assigned shift (3rd shift: 11pm to 7am) and support rotating weekends or off-shift coverage as needed

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety and environmental compliance and ensure maintenance and production work follows lockout/tagout, machine guarding, electrical safety, hot-work, confined-space, and permit requirements.
• Develop and establish manufacturing priorities based on production schedule, labor, equipment condition, and deadlines; supervise daily production activities.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities; monitor PM completion and downtime trends.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to optimize the product line and sustain customer commitments.
• Promote operator basic care, equipment cleaning, inspection, and escalation when needed.
