Job summary

Eaton’s GEIS division is seeking a Maintenance and Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Edwardsville, IL, with relocation from Troy, IL anticipated by 2027. The role oversees safety, quality, on-time delivery, and maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and output.

The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional team, manage shift priorities, and drive continuous improvement in a COE environment. Salary ranges from $71,000 to $105,000 per year, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in manufacturing or related environment
• Experience with industrial safety practices and leading safe equipment troubleshooting
• Ability to work the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) and support rotating weekends
