Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the Second Shift to diagnose, repair and preventively maintain production equipment across our packaging lines. You will contribute to safety, quality and uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Standard shift is Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–12:30am with overtime opportunities; candidates must read electrical schematics and work well in teams. Training provided; opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Automation Industrial Equipment; Belt Conveyors, Roller Conveyors, Carton Sealers.
• Basic Electrical Knowledge Low Voltage-120VAC.
• Preferred hands-on Texwrap Plastic Sealer Machine experience.
• Preferred hands-on Videojet Ink Coder experience.
• Preferred hands-on Microjet-I and II Ink Code experience.
• Carton, High Speed packaging equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs production equipment following GMP guidelines.
• Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Troubleshoots mechanical/electrical issues to maintain productivity.
• Controls downtime by communicating with departments.
• Assists in setup/tear down of production lines.
• Performs electrical repairs as needed.
• Prepares maintenance reports and communicates actions.
