Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks a Maintenance Mechanic for the second shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30pm-12:30am) to maintain and repair production equipment. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement efforts in a GMP-based environment.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with automation equipment, electrical knowledge (low and high voltage), and the ability to read blueprints. OT is required as needed to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated production equipment and conveyors.
• Basic electrical knowledge including low voltage (120VAC).
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Assist with setup/tear down of production lines.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
